Meet Jadeshala

Welcome! I am Jadeshala Humphries, the Founder & Therapist of Evolve and Wellness Services, LLC. For those interested in my qualifications, I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I became a Double Eagle in 2016 with my  Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling.   I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, and a Clinically Certified Trauma Professional. I am also EMDR Trained.  

My therapeutic style is influenced by motivational interviewing, trauma - informed care, cognitive – behavioral therapy, and humanistic therapies with a solution – focused approach. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic experience. I aim to foster a nonjudgmental, exploratory atmosphere for clients to explore mental health concerns. I additionally believe in being relatable and knowledgeable.

I believe in the holistic being of my clients. I hold certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Integrative Mental Health modalities.
